Validation Association

The membership is made up of Authorized Validation Organisations (AVO), and individuals representing 11 nations, reaching from Scandinavia to the Mediterranean.
In 1993, EVA was begun by the Stichting Validation, the former AVO in the Netherlands with a grant from the EU. Since then, meetings have taken place once a year, each year in a different host country.
EVA is a foundation which is governed by a Board. The EVA Board is made up of all the members. There are two sorts of memberships, organizations and individuals. The Board elects the Executive Committee which is made up of the President, Vice President, treasurer and two Secretaries.
